Daughter of a restaurateur, I fell into the pot when I was little. In 15 years, I have had the chance to discover catering in 3 countries, events and sales. Also passionate about artistic gymnastics for years, growing up, the hotel took the place of the gym, my second home. Working in a team has always been my driving force; convinced that collective intelligence allows us to grow together. Listen, understand needs, advise & unite guide me on a daily basis to respond to the common challenges of our teams and your events. My quote? It was after a few steps in aeronautics that the world of hospitality opened its arms to me. This world of superheroes converted me and it is now with passion that I carry out my profession. Because yes, if I get up every morning it is thanks to the people who are part of my daily life: colleagues, partners, customers and suppliers that I meet in unique places with their singularity. In the evening and on weekends, I exchange my phone and my computer with my music stand and my euphonium to play with orchestras in Parisian cultural venues. My quote? From tourism studies background, I was quickly seduced by the hotel industry, my crush sector where routine does not exist. As my experiences progressed, I refined my taste for organizing events in hotels, convinced that the beauty of an establishment and the hospitality of the humans who work there go hand in hand, a bit like cheese and good wine! Driven by deep empathy, I enjoy meeting people and building relationships. I then do my best to transform each idea into a multitude of possibilities because nothing beats the pleasure of seeing the satisfaction on the faces of our clients.

But whenever the opportunity presents itself, I love reconnecting with hoteliers and working together to showcase their hotels.

Son of an engineer and a financier, numbers and analysis have always been in my DNA. In addition, passionate about climbing, running and team sports since a young age, I knew how to find balance, rigor and collective understanding to take advantage of each situation and achieve ever higher performance. I then decided to implement these skills for the benefit of revenue management which has become a real passion for 8 years now. Analyzing, maximizing income, building and sharing strategies have become for me a strategic game to which I attach great importance and which I would be delighted to share with you. Revenue optimization is not the result of a simple stroke of luck that would increase your figures and improve your profitability. On the contrary. Working alongside passionate teams, committed partners, and unique clients, in places that each have their own history and distinctiveness. And when I'm not fine-tuning pricing strategies, I put on my skis to teach on the snowy slopes, sharing my love for the mountains.

After a first experience in Dubai, I had no doubt about my desire to evolve within a Revenue Management department of a hotel establishment. So, after experiencing this job in a 5-star Parisian hotel of the Accor group, then working as a reservation manager in an independent hotel, I joined the OBVIO HOTELS teams in 2021. Of course I like numbers! and excel sheets don't scare me, but I also like to set myself sporting challenges, particularly in running, and you might hear me humming from time to time. Oh, I forgot to mention: I'm pretty "vocal" on the phone! But that's just a sign of my overflowing enthusiasm.

As the latest member to the Obvio Hotels team, I started working in the hotels world thanks to my internships. Last year it was love at first sight with Revenue Management and I decided to move to the other side of the front office. A big fan of concerts and festivals, you will probably find me at the Longchamps racecourse or at the Accor Hotel Arena, but don't forget that Revenue Management is like a festival: it's an art to maximize profits, while making sure every seat is filled with fun and music!
